At this time, no. We will update this page if any become available.

Is there a special hotel rate?

You bet. The official conference hotel is the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto (33 Gerrard St. W.). Rooms are available at the following discounted rates for the nights of March 20, 21, and 22: single/double rate $139; triple rate $169; quad rate $199. The deadline to book is Feb. 19, 2018. All rooms include complimentary wired internet, as well as special parking rates for overnight guests only.

You can book using one of three methods:

1. Call the Reservations Department at 1-800-CHELSEA (243-5732) and refer to our guestroom block name “BookNet Canada” for the group rates.

2. Send an email to cstor.reservation@chelseatoronto.com and refer to our guestroom block name “BookNet Canada” for the group rates.

3. Use our private online booking link: BookNet Canada.

Want to stay additional nights? Check with the hotel to see if they can extend the special rates, based on availability.

Are there any discounts for flights?

Indeed there are. Porter Airlines has provided a 10% discount off flights to and from Toronto for the conference, from anywhere in Canada or the US. The discount can be used on available base fares, except for the lowest class fare during a public seat sale. Flights to Toronto must take place from March 19-23 and return flights from Toronto from March 20-26.

You can book online at https://flyporter.com/Flight?culture=en-CA&promocode=EBTF18 or through your travel agent using the promo code “EBTF18”.

Are there any volunteer opportunities at these events?

The BookNet Canada team comes out to help at Tech Forum, so no extra volunteer help is needed.
